With the new exchange model, we charge you less and you only pay for the CO2 up front! Once we receive your cylinder(s) back, we don’t charge you further and therefore no refund is required. A charge of £10 is only going to made if we do not receive your cylinder(s) back within 45 days of purchase. We will of course refund you if you send cylinder(s) back after you have been charged.
When ordering a CO2 refill at SodaStream.co.uk, you just pay the price of the CO2 and are then sent a pre-paid shipping label to return your empties.
We recommend exchanging 2 or more cylinders, so you can save in shipping fees. If you only have one cylinder to exchange, we suggest checking our store locator so you can easily exchange your CO2 cylinders at the nearest retail location.
Pro-tip: SodaStream recommends keeping a back up carbonating cylinder handy so that when one cylinder runs out, you simply swap the empty cylinder for a full one.
We accept PayPal and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. Sadly, bubble bartering is not an option...yet.
