Delivery Information
Delivery time for orders within the UK (mainland) is normally between the 3rd and 5th working day after the order is placed.
We offer free delivery on all orders over £59, otherwise a £5.99 (incl. VAT) delivery fee will be charged.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Your order will be delivered by Hermes courier service who will attempt a maximum of 3 deliveries. When placing your order, please give brief details of where the parcel can be left safely. (e.g, leave at neighbour No 15, or leave in wendy house in garden.)
If you are ordering exchange gas cylinders, a returns label will be sent with your order to place onto the box of your empty cylinders and they will also be collected by the courier. Should you be out when the courier attempts your delivery or collection, they will leave a card with their telephone number for you to contact them directly to arrange a collection time. After 3 delivery attempts, an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
